“The driver told me to be ready at 2015 and didn't show up until 2103, after I had Viator call the company (no phone number for them). Needless to say, we arrived after everything was already started and got placed at a table in the back so our view was obstructed. I messaged multiple times during the wait and no one responded. No explanation was provided and no apology given. The show happens during the meal so you're forced to choose between eating (sometimes in the dark) or paying attention. There was also a bonfire in the middle of the meal so be prepared to leave your food unattended to…”
