“Terrible and horrific experience. Its supposed to be a ATV ride where the guide explains you the place. Our guide didi not know english and was not even able to name the locations. Lack of interest in showing anything. The company did'nt even give any security briefing on how to ride an ATV. All he did was start the vehicle and expected me drive away into the wild with no instructions. The horn didnt work, the brake was hardly working. Left to understand how to ride the bike myself, i crashed and got injured on a slope. Ultimately had to be taken to the hospital with severe injuries.”
