“For context, this note is about their customer service and communication, not about their balloon experience. Cappadocia balloons (for all vendors) only fly when there is not much wind (I believe under 10km/hr). As such, if the wind is greater than that all vendors will cancel the flights. That’s just part of the business. We booked our flight 3 days before (for an expensive amount per person by the way - it’s not cheap) and there was zero communication.
