Cappadocia balloons (for all vendors) only fly when there is not much wind (I believe under 10km/hr). As such, if the wind is greater than that all vendors will cancel the flights. That’s just part of the business. We booked our flight 3 days before (for an expensive amount per person by the way - it’s not cheap) and there was zero communication. “We enjoyed our private ATV tour with a guide. The whole experience with the jaw dropping natural backdrop is something we can definitely recommend. The pickup and drop off times were as spoken, the guide took his time to take plenty of photo’s videos for us. After our exquisite experience we additionally booked horse back riding and a baloon trip with them. Such a helpful, friendly and honest staff!”
